One of the 21 is Reverend Monsignor Fortunato Frezza, canon of Saint Peter&#8217;s Basilica and <strong>Master of Ceremonies and Spiritual Assistant of the Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem<\/strong>, will be created Cardinal by the Pope.
