Honor Peter, honor Paul;<\/div>\n
Separated in the body,<\/div>\n
Joined as one in faithful call.<\/div>\n
Peter, foremost Gospel witness,<\/div>\n
Paul, with labors without cease,<\/div>\n
Both now stand in robes of glory<\/div>\n
At the throne of Christ our Priest.<\/div>\n

Let us now with hymns of gladness<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Honor their apostolate,<\/div>\n
Sing their glorious Epistles,<\/div>\n
Laud their common martyr’s fate:<\/div>\n
Peter, who for love of Jesus<\/div>\n
Bore his death upon the cross,<\/div>\n
And the headsman’s cruel sword-stroke<\/div>\n
Brought for Paul his gain, not loss.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Let us now with endless glory<\/div>\n
Praise the Father and the Son<\/div>\n
And the everlasting Spirit,<\/div>\n
Ever Three and ever One.<\/div>\n
From the mouth of Paul and Peter,<\/div>\n
From the choir of saints, ascend<\/div>\n
Hymns of glory, praise, and blessing,<\/div>\n
Sounding now and without end.<\/div>\n
