As you may know, Bishop Serratelli is the <em>Bishop of Paterson<\/em> (NJ)&nbsp;and chairman of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usccb.org\/liturgy\/\">Bishops&#8217; Committee on Divine Worship<\/a>. The&nbsp;Bishop&#8217;s address&nbsp;is clear, catechetical and perfect for recalling the central reasons of our worship of God. I recommend it for clergy, DREs and laity alike.
