{"id":24605,"date":"2009-05-03T15:00:12","date_gmt":"2009-05-03T19:00:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/communio.stblogs.org\/index.php\/2009\/05\/living-in-the-eucharistic-hear\/"},"modified":"2009-05-03T15:00:12","modified_gmt":"2009-05-03T19:00:12","slug":"living-in-the-eucharistic-hear","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/communio.stblogs.org\/index.php\/2009\/05\/living-in-the-eucharistic-hear\/","title":{"rendered":"Living in the Eucharistic Heart of the Lord"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--StartFragment--><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Jesus, gentle and humble of Heart,<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">You are the Bread of Life;<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">help me to live my life hidden in Your Eucharistic Heart<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">in the Presence of our Father<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">united in the love and power of Your Holy Spirit.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Give me a listening heart,<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">a heart to love You for Your own Sake,&nbsp;to love You in myself,<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">and to love You in my brothers and sisters as You have<br \/>\nloved.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Consume me in the fire of Your love.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Mary, Mother of the Incarnate Word and my Mother,<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">you are the first &#8220;house of bread.&#8221;<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Help me to live in perfect love by being:<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">the bread of Humility and Abandonment to the Father&#8217;s will;<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">the bread of Sincerity and Truth,<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">the bread of Purity of Heart;<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">the bread of Word and Eucharist;<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">the bread of Simplicity, Poverty and Littleness;<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">the bread of Silence and Solitude;<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">the bread of Prayer and Contemplation;<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">the bread of Reconciliation and Peace;<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">the bread of Interior and Joyful Suffering;<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">the bread of Charity and Desert Hospitality,<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">broken and offered with Jesus to the merciful Father<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">and shared for the salvation of the world.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Holy Mary, Lady of Bethlehem, Queen of the Desert,<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">guide me in the journey of the Spirit that,&nbsp;together with you,<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">I may participate in the wedding feast of the Risen Lamb<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">until at last I may sing an eternal Magnificat of Love and<br \/>\nPraise,&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">face to Face,&nbsp;before our All-Holy Triune God.
